HOLISTIC LIFE COACHING

With in 40 seconds body starts to move blood to the area. 1-2 minutes you get warm. 2-4 minutes Tingling effect like heat. 4-6 minutes full body restore starts to take place. 6-20 minutes and your muscles start to relax, tension eases, leaving you “blissed out” some people even fall asleep. After the session your mind and body are left in a greater state of well being.
